Supervises And Coordinates Activities Of Workers Engaged In
Fabricating Surgical Garments, Such As Trusses, Hosiery, Knee
And Elbow Braces, Corsets, And Belts: Assigns Workers To Duties,
Such As Laying Out, Cutting, Sewing, And Assembling Surgical
Garments. Trains New Employees. Inspects Garments At Various
Stages Of Production To Verify Conformance To Specifications.
Consults With Management And Orthopedic Specialists And Reads
Trade Journals To Develop New Products. Requisitions Materials
And Supplies. Performs Other Duties As Described Under
Supervisor (any Industry) Master Title.
