Turning, Grinding, And Shot Blasting Required To Dress Rolls,
And Available Workers. Assigns Workers To Duties, Explains Work
Requirements, And Issues Blueprints And Templates For Performing
Work. Inspects Work In Progress And Completed Work For
Conformance To Specifications And Shop Standards. Prepares
Production And Progress Reports. Inspects Roll Shop Equipment
And Arranges For Maintenance And Repair Work. Initiates Changes
In Work Methods To Improve Worker Performance And Production
Efficiency. Trains Workers In Operation Of Shop Machines And
