Supervises And Coordinates Activities Of Mechanics, Endless
Track Vehicle (automotive Ser.): Determines Sequence And
Assignment Of Work On Basis Of Work Priority, Quantity Of
Equipment, And Skill Of Personnel. Inspects Work Performed To
Ensure Compliance With Specifications And Time Schedules.
Interprets Specifications, Drawings, Work Orders, Technical
Instructions, And Layouts. Coordinates Department Activities
With Other Departments. Recommends Or Initiates Personnel
Actions, Such As Promotions, Transfers, Discharges, And
Disciplinary Action. Trains New Workers. May Estimate,
Requisition, And Inspect Materials. Performs Other Duties As
Described Under Supervisor (any Industry) Master Title.
