Positions Spools Of Wire On Spindle Of Winding Reel, Using
Hoist. Turns Handwheel Or Manually Removes Release Rod To
Release Shaft Preparatory To Installing Takeup Spool Onto Reel
Jack. May Remove Unused Wire From Spools With Spool Stripper.
Performs Other Duties As Described Under Helper (any Industry)
