Of Equipment And Supplies Sold As Sales Representative, Dental
Equipment And Supplies (wholesale Tr.). May Sell Orthopedic
Appliances, Trusses, And Artificial Limbs And Be Designated
Sales Representative, Prosthetic And Orthotic Appliances
(wholesale Tr.). May Sell Services Of Dental Laboratory And Be
