Dry. Repeats Entire Process To Increase Wearability By Adding
Second Thickness. Holds Mold Under Spigot And Adds Liquid,
Tipping Mold Back And Forth To Build Up Even Thickness Of Sole.
Adds Additional Plastic To Heel Area To Increase Thickness Of
Heel.
