Restrictions. Instructs Workers In Preparing Amendments To
Letters Of Credit. Contacts Foreign Banks, Suppliers, Or Other
Sources To Obtain Required Documents. Authorizes Method Of
Payment Against Letter Of Credit In Accordance With Client
Instructions.
