Wheel. Inserts Instrument Into Device That Closes All Keys And
Admits Compressed Air. Observes Manometer To Ascertain Presence
Of Air Leakage. Presses Pads With Finger To Locate Leakage And
Adjusts Pad, Using Handtools. Marks Other Defects For
Correction.
