Meter. Measures Efficiency Of Emission-control Devices, Using
Electronic Test Apparatus. Reviews Shipping Papers To Identify
Hazardous Cargo, Such As Explosives, Poisons, Or Combustibles.
Inspects Manner In Which Hazardous Cargo Is Secured To Prevent
Accidental Spillage. Computes And Records Weight Of Commercial
