Cooking, And Serving Food. Inspects Galleys, Bakery, And Butcher
Shop For Cleanliness. Requisitions Food And Galley Supplies.
Estimates Cost Of Food Consumed And Compiles Cost Control
Records. Authorizes Personnel To Work Overtime.
