Cylinder Plugs And Guides Fillet As Fillet Is Wound Onto
Cylinder, Packing Each Strand Tightly Against Preceding Strand.
Tacks Fillet To Cylinder At Specified Intervals Along Chalked
Line. May Grind Reclothed Cylinder.
